I’m a thoughtful communications professional who offers strategic counsel, planning and other services. I started my career in Washington, D.C. working in public affairs and politics to influence public opinion on policy issues. Since relocating to Southern California, I have been working with companies from the inside to educate, engage and inspire employees to do their best work and feel empowered to own their contributions toward strategic objectives.
I have more than 15 years of experience working with executives and senior leaders to craft and execute internal and external communications strategies to help organizations achieve their goals. I helped establish a communications function for a fast-growing privately held company, and I also worked closely with executives of a $2B business at Thermo Fisher Scientific on a strategy to connect 3,000+ employees around the world to the organization’s goals, strategy and mission. I have also held communications roles with Southern California Edison, U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein and public relations agencies.
